CEOS TIC TAC TOE 2025: This is is an MSDOS program which allows you to play a game of TIC TAC TOE! Either  drag the folder TIC to your C:\ Directory or put the floppy image onto your blank floppy disk to be able to run the SETUP.EXE Program and play on any computer you want!

TIC TAC TOE GAME SKINS!: Tired of the default look? Try out either the dinosaur or space skins avaiable here! Just copy the pcx image into the TIC\BIN folder and replace the current image! Also make you own custom skins using any pcx image editor! Just copy the default pcx into a new folder and draw away!
